Basic Information:

Name: Dotachin, Radsen
Age: 27
Gender: M
Appearance:

Radsen is a fairly young looking adult already being the age of 25. He had long blue hair when he was a child but as he gradually grew older it became purple. He is of average tight, and he is fairly built even for a quincy. He has darker skin and hazle colored eyes. Radsen likes to wear very loose clothing and tight fighting shoes. Since he was young he's always liked to wear robes with the quincy logo on it. When he goes out at night to hunt hollows, Radsen wears a white zip up turtleneck with no sleeves on it. The fabric is very sleek like leather but as soft as suede, the zipper has a cross on it which is also etched into the back of the shirt. He wears purple fingerless gloves that stop at the elbow. Befitting of his fixation with loose clothing Radsen wears very loose white pants reminiscent of those shinigami's wear. On the left side around the waste area he has six seele schniders sticking out. Before he goes out Radsen usually bandages his feet before putting on very tight purple dress shoes. Instead of agglets these shoes have white crosses and a short heel. He also wears a large robe with short sleeves, the robe itself stops just below the waist.

Personality:

Radsen was born a crybaby, a whiner, punk and a loser from the start. He adored logic from a young age and through a fit if someone disagreed with him. He was a scrappy little fellow that wasn't afraid to fight either. He was a punk in the sense that he hated to be wrong, so he'd fight to convince you he was right. Though he whined and cried a lot he hates to be cuddled and babied, something his mom did a lot. Though his father would always tell him he's too smart to be strong. To convince him otherwise he always got into arguments, so he could get pink slips.

Though he elected to fight all the time Radsen always got full marks. He is to be considered a beast at spelling and loves math to a certain degree. He dislikes science because someone told him he would have to cut a frog up at a young age. Radsen never liked to share with anyone especially not family members. He would rather share with a stranger than share with a cousin. To avoid having to share he took his toys to the river and played with them there. Though he opposed the idea of cutting frogs he would always throw rocks at animals.

As he grew up Radsen slowly started to change, he grew extremely jealous when his sister was born. He was only five at the time and he already despised the new baby. She was placed in his room causing him to get little sleep. On several occasions he threw rocks into her crib to get her shut up. Though he was admired her resiliency she didn't get louder when she was hit by rocks, rather she got quieter. He tried on several occasions to make her cry louder but she never did. Instead of hating her some much he actually grew fond of her. He became a loving brother by the age of seven.

Going into elementary school changed him a little bit too. The kids there were larger than him, some even much larger than him. He became very quiet and a shut in even. Though he changed he never came home with bruises or anything like that. His parents couldn't be sure exactly what was wrong with him. Radsen had changed this way because he had saw something rip a kid off the playground during recess. He couldn't see it but the kid was snatched into the air and he never made another noise. Using his logic he figured it was probably a monster that took away bad kids. To become good he stayed quiet and studied harder.

After his dry spell Radsen perked back up when he started quincy training. His father explained to him about the darker secrets of the world, and he began to feel special. He even started to become too high and mighty with this knowledge. Instantly he thought he was better than everyone else in his grade. He couldn't be told otherwise, he was just the best and everyone else was inferior. He had this entitled feeling that everyone owed him and his family for protecting everyone. Though this wouldn't last that long with pride and arrogance his father beat modesty, humbleness, vigilance and respect into him. Though his father always told him to consider others above himself, Radsen could never truly be modest. Though he did have an admiration for those that lived in ignorance.

As Radsen grew older he became very loyal and dutiful to his people. He actually started to pity others because they couldn't defend themselves from the unknown dangers. This pity drove him to hate hollows more and more. Though he couldn't live on loathing the thing he killed for they were once humans as well. Instead of hating or pitying hollows he accepted them for what they were, humans that were led astray. He even started to oppose the quincy way of killing, he longed for a more righteous way to rid hollows of their curse.

In his later teen years Radsen became very passionate with shinigami. He looked up to them despite the fact that they had massacred so many quincy's. He's grown to dislike vizards and admire fullbringers for their attempt at being useful. He's a very hard working individual though he can be a bit lazy, but thats because he likes to see shinigami show up. He's rather uninterested in relationships and he always has to have latest gadgets and tools. He's starting loathe humans again because he's working in the computer tech industry.

Above all else Radsen loves his allies but he won't fight if someone bashes quincy's. If another tribe is getting into it with shinigami he'll try to help settle the matter. Though he's adamant about not standing against shinigami. He isn't as naive as he may seem, he's an extremely rational thinker. He tends to go with the solution he's thought of instead of his gut feeling. Some like to call him a pacifist but he's quick to kill a hollow to prove someone otherwise.

To Radsens father he's a prideful quincy that will someday lead the tribe. Though he fears that his son is too naive towards shinigami. Radsens mother however disagrees she loves that Radsen wants to maintain the peace with shinigami and find a way to kill hollows peacefully. Cici is indifferent towards her brother about shinigami, though she loathes that he's super smart. She considers him to be a real hardass, a work-a-holic and a very heartless person. She would quickly tell you that he's got a thing for killing, that he adores it.

Overall Radsens one hell of a quincy, very capable of being wealthy in the future, and a hard work. He can work long hours without tire, and take harsh criticism without batting an eye. He can be a little cold and lifeless at times though he's usually trying to spare others feelings. He'd lay his life down for someone he trusts and protect those on any side if its in his best interest.

Radsen was born at Namimori Hospital in Naruki city on June 21 to; Utepe Dotachin and Kieoki Dotachin. They were immediately told following his birth that he may be deaf. They were shocked and surprised to hear that alarming news but they adored their first born son. The two aggressively sought treatment for his hearing but time and time again they were told his hearing was fine. When he spoke his first words they were relieved that he could actually talk. They went on to ignore the birth defect. Though for three years since he turned two Radsen was a lip reader. He couldn't hear much at all but he could read lips and respond. He even learned to read newspapers at the age of four to talk more. The couple was very surprised that he was picking up reading so quickly. When he got an ear infection one doctor finally told them that he had blockage in his ears. So they ran a tube into his ear and drained out the dried up tissue. From there on he was a lot more responsive and audible than usual.

Radsen was enrolled in Teiotekai early learning. He caused quite a bit of trouble in early learning to get attention. He would constantly steal from other kids, bite them and pull pranks. He even ran away when he was babied on one occasion by his mother. Though before he could get any worse his baby sister was born. He despised her the moment he first saw her in Namimori hospital. To his surprise she was put in his room where she would whine and cry all the time. To get her to shut up he would throw rocks into her crib. Though she never cried louder he always threw some in there from time to time. After her arrival it was time for him to go to elementary school.

With the compilation of bullies and his baby sisters insatiable crying, Radsen became a shut in. He was quiet for a long time for about six months. During this time he spent a bunch of his time with his little sister Cici. He tortured her on several occasion to see how loud she would cry but she never got loud.

He grew fond of her because of that toughness. Though he was a shut in and he had become quiet Radsen still liked to attend school. Though one day changed all of that. While he was at recess he watched a kid get plucked off the playground never to return again. His parents didn't know what to think at all, though they did appreciate that he was looking after his sister more.

Radsens depression didn't last long, as he and his sister got closer his father was finally ready to start teaching him. Most quincy's in their tribe were taught at around the age of seven. Radsen appreciated the new found knowledge and tried his hardest to help with as much as people. The basics of archery were what he enjoyed the most. He grew fond of it quickly because of its likeness to math, a subject he excelled in. The history he liked because it was also informational. They had physical education in school but what he had to undergo was much worse. Though simply knowing that his sister would be defenseless for a few more years worried him. He wanted to grow strong for not only his sister but his mother as well. He trained day in and day out sometimes it was the only thing he ever did. He tried to convince his father to let him skip school but that didn't happen.

So instead whenever he had free time Radsen would go out and practice his basic skills. He would create all types of sling shots during recess to shoot at other kids. All of his bows and arrows were always confiscated hindering him from time to time. His side training helped him improve a lot faster than others he was learning along side. His father was even prompted to give him his first glove at the age of eight. It was quite a simple glove given to younger quincys. It looked like a sling shot and special beads were even used in conjunction with it. Though it was a secrete training tool the bands wouldn't pull back unless you absorbed some reishi into the glove. Radsen found doing this particularly easy and asked for a tougher glove. Though his father had to show him what the glove could truly do. Using just that simply glove he created a simple javelin like arrow, no more than a half a foot long. Radsen was deeply embarrassed and rushed off to try do it himself.

Time went on Radsen shifted from elementary school to middle school. It was during this time that he started to see more of his quincy cousins. They all happened to be learning at a slow pace causing him to slow down too. He didn't like to share his knowledge with them rather he went off and trained on his own. His father helped him with the more difficult training and his mother eased him through the pain. Cici his little sister was always there to cheer him on during practice and such. His mother never liked for him to get into squabbles with the other boys because they were jealous. Radsen however liked to challenge his cousins to prove that he was the best out of them all.

After a few summers of training, Radsen got to go on real exercise. He was about fourteen or fifteen when he started his real training. With high school studies nearing he was debating on the real future after higschool. Even as a middle schooler he wanted to have his life planned out. He wanted to quit it all just to be a quincy but everything was slowly getting worse. He was starting to uncover the truth behind what they did to hollows and the exact reasons the shinigami sought to wipe them all out. Life went on and Radsen tried to forget about it. Though as much as he tried he ran into shinigami's more frequently than he liked to.

Eventually Radsen found himself within a group of quincy around his age. He'd knew the whole bunch most of his childhood life but he never got know them. That was until they met again in highschool. They made a sport out of fighting hollows and had a good time at night. Radsen fit in with the group well. They went all over the world searching for rare artifacts. Radsen acquired a few on their travels and even honed his basic abilities at the same time.

On one particular outing they went to search for the Jinsen Artifact. A rare mirror said to be bale to duplicate shinigami kido once cast. Finding the location of the artifact was a breeze but it shinigami were also looking for it. They classified it dangerous so they were seeking to destroy it. Radsens friends however wanted the artifacts, so they attacked any shinigami they saw when they were getting closer to the artifact. Radsen opposed the destruction but it was three of them to his one.

Though enough was enough when a lieutenant finally had to step in. He warned them that soul society would find and destroy the artifact. Naturally a fight started causing one of Radsens friends to lose his life. However reluctant he was before Radsen knew what he had to do. Finally he joined the fight and sealed the shinigami's powers with a shot to his reaitsu epicenter. Everything went downhill from there, his other two friends wanted revenge so they coaxed Radsen into teaching them how to do that. He taught them and they went on a shinigami hunt.

Radsen ignored their hunt and went to look for the artifact himself. When he found it he figured it was time to stop his friends. Quickly he intervened in a fight between his friends and shinigami and ended it peacefully. He gave them a fake artifact that behaved like the Jinsen, and all was settled. His friends hated him after that and didn't talk to him for a while. Radsen however kept the real Jinsen and started to focus on school once more.

Over the next two years Radsen began his training with the jurei glove. A mystical white glove with line of circuitry all over it, four prongs sticking out from the wrists, and about elbow length long. To first begin using it he had to train day in and day out for three days straight. He was left alone in a strange forest with little to no reaistu. Just forming a bow on the first day was an incredibly tedious task. Radsen overcame the challenge and by the second day he could fire ten arrows a minute. Albeit his arrows were larger, more destructive, flew further and pierced much better than anyone elses. His father joined him at the end of the second day to make sure he was doing alright. Though his journey was filled with lots of dead animals. What his father found interesting was all of the animals only had one wound. A wound over the heart, just enough to kill them instantly.

He liked that his son was compassionate towards animals, furthermore he loved the accuracy. Though he wanted to push his son to the limit. To get him to become stronger he used the second strongest bait available to quincys. It called forth a very poweful adjuchas class hollow. This particular hollow was in the process of ripping his mask off so he wanted to feed. The two were both at the end of their ropes and the battle lasted well over six hours. To continue fighting Radsen was forced to use ransotengai and fire more effective shots. Noting the ransotengai the adjuchas ripped the last pieces off its mask off in hopes of getting stronger.

With the new surge of power the arrancar had the upper hand. Though he was instructed never to break the limiter on his glove Radsen was getting closer and closer to doing so. Seeing that Radsen was on the edge the arrancar let loose a final cero to kill him. Radsen didn't want to lose his powrs so he used Jinsen to replicate the arrancars cero. Though as he was using Jinsen Radsen molded the form of the cero into an arrow. When the two collided Jinsens replicated cero arrow pierced through the arrancar and bound him to a tree. At the edges of despair the arrancar asked why quincy's would call hollows just to fight them. Radsen was surprised that someone had called a hollow during his training, but he figured it was for the best.

After that fight Radsen collapsed having completed his Jurei glove training. His father took him back home so that he could rest. Having taken a week off of school Radsen had to catch up once he was fully healed. Now entering his last year, his friends were proud that Radsen had defeated an arrancar. They asked him if he wanted to go artifact hunting again now that they were all stronger. Though from the very start it was a setup. They learned that Radsen had the real Jinsen and plotted to kill him for it, and his other artifacts.

Radsen however found out about some even better artifacts. The Geist-Toten an artifact said to be able to disperse shinigami's zanapkutos for a couple of minutes. There were other artifacts like the Letzte Dieb, the element borrower. Lastly was the Tur versiegeln that would prohibit or grant travel to other dimensions for a short time. Radsens friends were enticed by the sheer power of these new artifacts. They forgot about their plans to kill Radsen and simply went along with him. Though Radsen had already figured out that they were planning to kill him. He planned to use them to find the artifact and have them detained later for treason.

Getting the Geist-Toten was actually pretty easy. It had been buried with a quincy that lived long ago. A seal was placed on his tomb to prevent shinigami from recovering the artifact, so they simply kept it watched. While his friends fought the shinigami Radsen recovered the artifact. He showed it to them and told them this is the only one he really wanted. They were still pretty happy about the other two so they were content. When they went after the Letzte Dieb Radsen used the Geist-Toten on one of his friends. To his surprise it sealed his true bow, forcing him to use only a reishi version. Radsen told him that he wouldn't kill him if he ran along. Fearing that Radsen might actually kill him he ran away, other Quincy's locked him up later for all the shinigami he killed.

Now all Radsen had to deal with was one more friend and find the last two artifacts. He figured he could use the Geist-Toten again but then he would have to find the last two on his own. Like he had promised he let his friend have the Letzte Dieb only so they could look for the last one. Radsen agreed they would share the Tur versiegeln once they found it. Though the two were faced with an overwhelming obstacle to get the last one.

Soul society already had it in their possession and were already taking it back. To his surprise Radsens friend attacked the group of three shinigami. He died almost instantly for he had attacked a captain class shinigami.

Radsen was left alone to fend for himself, he contemplated running but that was too cowardice. Quickly he used hirenkyaku to retrieve his friends body and artifacts. Hearing one shinigami use bankai and two others use shikia Radsen knew he wasn't going to escape this situation in tact. His father always told him to run away if someone used a bankai, for he couldn't fight against them. Calling upon his Jurei-Glove Radsen broke the limiter and called on final form.

The battle didn't last long at all, Radsen overwhelmed them as they had his friend. The power his jurei-glove gave him when the limiter was broken was too much for even a captain. Radsen ended up wasting a surplus of energy and having nothing to do with it afterwards. Since the battle had ended in moments Radsen wanted to preserve this energy. Quickly he took out an artifact his father told him to use only if he would die. The artifacts name was Meigami something said to be able to seal a persons bankai away. Radsen sealed his own powers into the artifact and lost his subsequently.

Radsen found himself working a mundane job for three years, he was twenty one after all. He started going to college online so that he could make something of himself one day. Though his father had been noting that quincy's had been dropping off the grid like flies. He never told Radsen but he could see the worry in his fathers face. His father also had a knack for writing his worries in a journal as well. Radsen kept tabs on it and read it from time to time. Though he knew about the things troubling his father Radsen never asked. He just sort of left everything to his father for the past few years.

Though everything would change once his father approached him with an ultimatum. He asked Radsen whether he had learned his lessen, to which Radsen answered yes. His father began to explain a method for restoring his quincy powers. On the inside Radsen was furious that his father had waited so long, though he couldn't argue. The two headed off to a secret cove where they would train Radsen so he could get his powers back. The journey was perilous all sorts of hollows made lives in the human worlds. They guarded this cove as though it were some sort of treasure. In fact these particular hollows were in alliance with quincy's. They sold their own kind out for amnesty.

Inside the cave Radsen had to train until he was literally exhausted. Once he was exhausted and pushed to the furthest he could go, his father started firing arrows at him. The first arrow reminded him of the energy an arrow contained. Though he couldn't see it he could feel the reiatsu when it hit is body. The second arrow restored his ability to see very blurry versions of reiatu. From the second arrow on they were all aimed at his limbs; left leg, right leg, left arm, right arm. Then the arrows moved up along the spinal column unctil he hit the final spot, the medulla oblongata. By this point Radsen was bleeding all over but he could see Reiatsu once more. The last step was restoring his reiatsu epicenter, his father fired one last arrow into the space between Radsens lungs. This restored his hakusui but it ejected him out of his spiritual body.

The final step to recovering his quincy powers was the reattchment of his spiritual body. He had to restore his soul sleep since it was pretty torn when he used final form. Unlike the sanrei glove the jurei glove needed a special form of restoration. To fix his soul sleep Radsen had a reishi tattoo etched into his heart. The tattoo is in the form of a dragon biting its own tail. At the center of the tattoo is a quincy cross. With the final step completed Radsens quincy powers had been restored. Though the Jurei glove would no longer work neither would a sanrei glove. Radsen was granted a gift the Jiken glove, an ancient quincy glove used by his great grandfather.

For three years Radsen trained his quincy abilities to make up for lost time. He finds it much easier to kill surpluses of hollows with the Jiken Glove, keeping Naruki city clean hasn't been a challenge at all. Even using the newest artifact he created to purify hollows in the same way that shinigami's do. Though he's still searching for the reason so many quincy's have been dropping off the map.

Life as a quincy ended for Radsen....

Quincy Bow & Spirit Arrows Manifestation:

Nacht Spats(Night Sparrow)Radsens bow. It is formed of heavily condensed reiatsu. This particular bow can withstand weapon slashes, and even kidou attacks. It is by far his strongest bow and the one he's trained with the most. He can kill as simply as a shinigami would with their zanpakuto. Utilizing this bow Radsen can fire up to six hundred arrows at once single handedly. In addition to firing arrows with one hand he can resize this bow at will and even change the shape and size of his arrows. As always Radsen prefers larger more durable arrows that can do a lot more in one shot than six hundred can. Though this bow isn't all that it seems the artifact it was made from is fairly special. The Nacht Primus is a dark jewel like artifact that can give his arrows a nightly feel to them. The arrows can appear blackened if he enovkes the Nacht Primus. In addition to dark arrows, when he's gathering reishi and reiatsu it'll go from blue to black quite easily. This can give Radsen a darker appearance that some believe is the tainting of his soul. Only once during the night when Radsens bow is equivalent to that of a captain level in reaistu it'll change appearance. This is known as Letzte Nacht verschlingen.

After losing his spiritual powers and regaining them Radsen obtained the Jiken Glove. This glove was a present given to him by his father. Over the years its lessened and constricted Radsens reiatsu. Though as time went by he naturally got used to it and his reiatsu increased gradually. Once he removed the glove after a year’s worth training, his reaitsu was comparable to that of a lieutenant.

Ransōtengai

Ransōtengai Appearance:

Radsen’s Ransotengai is a purplish color. It envelops his entire body to the point where his bodily features can barely be seen.

Techniques: (12 Max, re-use form.)

Name: Fisch
State: Sanrei
Description: Radsen will single handedly fire an array of arrows in a wavy pattern. Each arrow will be partially iced over and fly up and down. The pattern starts to look like a ribbon after a few seconds. Avoiding the three dimensional ribbon of arrows isn't too difficult but it can prove wasteful. The reiatsu alongside the ribbon can ice over a person slowing them down greatly. The constant chill can be felt by all regardless of hierro or reiatsu defenses. The arrows don't necessary impale and stay there either, they impale and snap because they are sort of frozen.

Name: Harpune
State: All
Description: Radsen will gather larger ice arrows that can impale through a full ground man and stay there. they are fairly quick and if impaled by enough the opponent will be bound as the reiryoku spreads to freeze their nerves. Higher tiers can be bound only momentarily, same tiers for a couple of post, lower tiers bound entirely.

Name: Fata Morgana
State: All
Decription: Radsen will shoot arrows as he does normally in this form. Only this he'll keep the torrent going but instead he'll aim to fire them on both sides trapping his opponent int he middle of a torrent of arrows being fired passed them. Slowly the torrent of arrows all around them will start to get closer, but the light will begin to reflect off of their ice bodies skewing perception. Eventually The torrents will come together aiming to tear the opponent to shreds. This utilizes the same effect as a mirrored room. Though if the opponent figures it out too early it could be just an entire waste of reiatsu.

Name: Ungultig
State: All
Description: Radsen fires normal looking bows with twisted ends to them. After firing these bows they spiral into a small vortex disassembling reiatsu/reishi in the process. Just one of these arrows can stop smaller kido and bala with ease. On impact that create a swirl of reiatsu that spins for a little while. Radsen will however take that reiatsu right away for use of more arrows. More arrows can be used to combat larger techniques through the use of multiple swirls. This can be used sparingly to counter give or take same tier opponents. Much lower tiers can be effortlessly countered endlessly, while higher tiers it takes a concentration of arrows to stop just even one of their reishi based attacks.

Name: Verschrauben
State: All
Description: Radsen fires normal arrows at the enemy however these arrows are unnatural. These arrows will eat right through reishi attack leaving an arrow hole. They will grow larger in the process and come flying out the other end.

Name: Schliefen
State: All
Description: Radsen will fire otherwise larger normal arrows. These won't be fired in bulk but they are extremely powerful. Because they are larger they are easier to dodge, though once they past the opponent the open up releasing small arrows towards the enemies back. These smaller arrows are like small bullets and are far more dangerous than the initial arrows.

Name: Stormieren
State: Sanrei
Description: Radsen will fire one precise bow that can be used to counteract a specific attack. This bow will usually contain the exact amount of reishi to perfectly counter the opponents attack. Though the split second where they meet, the bow pulls the attack into itself causing a massive explosion. Essentially the stronger the opponents attack the more massive the explosion. Radsen will most likely read the opponents reiatsu and fire his bow before their attack so he can stop their attack closer to them. However should these bows score a direct hit on the opponent they'll attempt to use all the reishi in the opponents body. Because this is impossible the opponent will have to deal with a widescale point blank explosion.

Name: Licht Regen Epithix
State: Ransotengai
Description: Radsen will get above the opponent and fire a nonstop torrent of arrows down on them. As the arrows hit the ground, a huge explosion is emitted from the impact. This greatly damages the opponent.
