This falls under a technique. Gonna need to elaborate more on that. Like it's range, limitations and terms of usage.

State: Bankai
Terms of Usage: It requires two post of charging time for him to use this technique.
Description: This technique opens a ripple in the skies, up to a three-mile radius, to rain down a pure-sunlight that will incinerate everything within this attack's range. A huge explosion will then take place with large flames as aftermaths of this technique.
Downside: After using this technique, the user's bankai will automatically be cancelled off and he will need three posts of waiting time for him to be able to be able to access his ability to use bankai again. This is because the technique's effects are so devastating that it effects, not only the enemies, but the user himself as well. So, if used in his weakened state, the technique will hurt the user of the technique. He will not, however, take the full blunt of his technique's lights.

And the bankai, the range is really huge, as a captain level, i think 40 meter radius is wide enough, going a hundred is high enough, going even over that by the double, that's too far a range.

I changed the meter radius as you've asked. Can you elaborate more on how I should make changes on psychokinetic part? I honestly don't see how further I could give my app. a change. For example, Hitsugaya's soul cutter lets him manipulate/create ice. That's the core ability for his soul cutter and the techniques that he uses are all based on that core ability. It's the same with Ichijou; he pushes, crushes, make ripples, and etc. using the psychokinetic energy produced by his soul cutter.

Okay, I'll help on that bit. psychokinesis in another term is telekinesis right? So there are lines that needs to be drawn. Like what can be moved, what cant be moved, how many can moved at a time, how far off can you move objects and or things(the range), the limitations downsides, and how you use it. Do can you control it with just your thoughts or do you have to motion your zanpakuto to do so, or something you can do with your hands.

Just those stuff.

So if you put it into technique, for example, it could be something like this.

Name: psychokinesis (or whatever you name it)
State: Shikai
Terms of Usage: Shikai must be activated, can only use technique when i snap my fingers.
Description: allows me to move objects within a 10 meter radius. I can only move 3 objects at a time depending on an objects weight.
Downside: I cant use this technique while holding my zanpakuto.

I think we are at an impasse as to how we define the term, "psychokinesis." I chose the term to describe the ability to move things and by adding the two techniques: Kami no tatchi & Hantei ejji, it puts a heavy restriction on Ichijou's battle capability. Also, I specifically said that the psychokinesis can only be expressed through Ichijou's soul cutter. And no, I think we both by now should understand the fact that psychokinesis does not mean this:

That's an overly-exaggerated form of psychokinesis, which psychics from Psyren are in possession of. Plus, this is a shinigami's soul cutter ability that we are talking about. It's quite different from an arrancar's release of its soul cutter in the fact that shinigami can only express their special ability through their soul cutter, not their bodies. What you are asking me is like having me to answer how dense my character's normal cero is and how big of an explosion it could cause upon its impact, which is, no offense, but quite ridiculous from where I currently stand.

Well, that's why i asked you to place it in a technique, to define it further, cause anything that can affect an enemy in any form, is a technique, is it not?
