ok, so all your techniques apart from the first one have the same draw back. i.e. stating the name of it. Not only that but you also can basically use your most powerful move with your sealed blade (since you can apparently use all your techniques with all the forms of your blade). these make some of then quite a bit broken and just plain sill in some cases hun. so here are my suggestions.
Crimson moon flare: how strong is it in comparison to bakudo number 81? since you can supposedly block all energy attacks with it
Returning cycle of the fullmoon: a specific time limit as to how long the blades last, or a certain about of use you can get from the newer blade before it disappears.
Gathering the moonlight: a charge time for this and maybe a cool down after, since it could happen that you would use this and then you are able to use other more powerful techniques simpler. also, state how long he must wait and if he can do anything during the time.
Purifying moon light:how long does it last and how long is used before it can be done again?
Crimson moon crash: There must be a limit as to the shielding it can have. Stating it as it is is simply just a splitting void that can protect the user from any kido.
setsuga: a definite charge up/cool down for this move, how long does the illusion last, how wide is its range? another drawback if the illusion does not hit home?
vileness of the moons darkside: how much power would be required to counteract it? charge time/cool down?
