I'm sure that the shinigamis will win without a casualty, as everyone knows that Ichigo will never die, SS will also never be defeated, It would be like seeing Krillin win a fight in DBZ...

As for the assists, I think that Aizen has an army of Vastos with him but he uses it as his trump card

The vizards probably will intervene but late in the fight

As far as characters dying so far, the only one that could possibly die is Matsumoto... But with Kira treating her injuries, she'll most likely survive... And that's all thanks to gramps saving them all... Hinamori and Hisagi are down too, but not as serious, meaning Kira has even more work ahead of him...

And by how strong Apache, Mira Rose, and Sun-sun are, I don't think Halibel is going to be a walk in the park for Toushiro... He's going to have some trouble, especially since he had trouble against an unreleased Shawlong... Given that he was only at 30% power, Toushiro still had his Bankai released, and it was against a Gillian level... Matsumoto was at the same time fighting a Gillian and didn't even use her Shikai that much, and she was holding up far better than Toushiro was... And within the short time-span between the Shawlong fight and the current Halibel fight, Toushiro could not have possibly trained enough to put up any better of a fight...
