Ichigo is powerless, but he meets this gruop called Xcution who are "Fullbringers" Afullbring is what Chad And Orihime have, well this group takes Ichigo to help him master his fullbring, and Urahara is working with Ishin and an unknown shinigami
Seventeen months later, a group of human individuals, called "Xcution", emerges. They possess Hollow-like powers that allow them to draw out the soul that dwells in any substance, and they desire to be rid of them. To achieve this, they approach Ichigo and inform him that they want to restore his lost Soul Reaper powers so that they may transfer their powers onto him.
