Aima of Arabia and Duquin of Dubai

*Aima Cra'in is currently on a little vacation to the Great Pyramids of Giza. She is currently enjoying the vacation except for one important factor. She grew up in the forests of Canada, so the dry heat of the desert is destroying her*

*Currently, she is in the shade of one of the pyramids, chugging another bottle of water. As usual, an old fashioned wooden shield is strapped to her back and a reading glasses case is in a pocket*

Deployed to the great deserts of the middle east on a hollow extermination effort Tenju arrived through a senkaimon in the middle of a hot and blazing day. He would pull the hood of his cloak up to cover his face with shade as he stepped forth from the dimensional gate and stepped onto open air supporting himself with reiatsu.

Scanning the barren wastes he searched for some sign of population as that is likely where he would find a hollow preying on weak souls. He saw the great pyramids and figured that was as best a place to start looking as any other and so he made his way there casually arriving to hear a human complain about the desert, "Why come to a place you hate..." Tenju said to himself expecting the human to be unable to see or hear him as he placed a hand on his zanpakutou and looked around closing his eyes trying to sense a hollows reiatsu.

Tenju stopped as he heard the human speak back as though she could hear and see him. That would mean she's got a higher spiritual pressure than normal, perhaps she had survived an encounter with a hollow Tenju thought as he turned back to face her and walked into her personal space bubble placing his hands on her shoulders, "Hey, have you seen any big monsters around here? Any strange unexplained explosions?"

It was obvious from the way things were going this girl didn't know anything however if there were indeed hollows in the area they would likely be attracted to her higher than average spiritual pressure. Tenju would conceal his own as he took in a deep breath before crossing his arms and closing his eyes, "I don't really like people like you but you're a most likely target for a hollow...I'll just have to follow you around until one shows up." Tenju replied however he did not back up intentionally as if to get on the girls nerves, "and I'm not "bub" I'm Tenju."

Tenju scoffed as he looked at the girl as an unlikely combatant, "You can handle a hollow on your own?" He shook his head in disbelief and began following her, "I don't believe it, some weak living girl like you would probably run away in fear. Do you really even know what a hollow is?"

Tenju looked at the girl surprised as she turned around and retorted before donning the shield on her back, "I'm sorry that you mother died, but that doesn't change the fact that you're a human. Your body has natural limits that cant even compare to a hollows, if you fight me...You're gonna lose..." Tenju uncrossed his arms and let his hand rest on one of his zanpakutou once again as he stared the girl down with a serious gaze. Perhaps she was crazy but he didn't see a sword on her and she didn't seem like the type to have much martial arts training.

Tenju watched as the girl made her move, "Good dashing speed..." He says as she moves in faster than expected of a girl like her, it was surprising but far from impressive. Tenju let his hand move from his zanpakutou hilt and lowered his center of gravity stepping forwards as the girl pivoted on her foot. He moved inside of her reach and would swiftly send both hands to grip her arm mid swing as he turned and attempted to throw her using her own momentum along with all the strength he had.

Tenju watched carefully as the girl landed and breathed a bit heavier than one should at the very beginning of a fight. Good speed was something but without the cardio to support it you may as well not have it. He settled into a stance once more with feet shoulder with apart as he stood facing her with his left foot forwards. Soon she would make her next attack this time rolling on the ground which was an immediate sign for Tenju to side step to the right bringing his left foot back, "You're innovative..." He then reached out and grabbed her feet while turning and once again used her own force in conjunction with his own this time amplifying his strength with a small burst of reiatsu, "..but you're full of openings!" He shouted as he tried to send her flying once again.

Tenju got a bit more serious as he witnessed the strange phenomenon of her glasses turning into a sword, "Looks like you aren't a normal girl after all..." Tenju muttered beneath his breath as he reached for one of his zanpakutou and drew it in his right hand. This girl had a mysterious power it would seem, Tenju could no longer afford to treat this as a game. He began to walk towards her slowly as he held his zanpakutou at his side casually as though it were natural to walk around with a sword drawn. It was almost as if Tenju were taking a leisurely stroll and just happened to be going in her direction, were it not from the intensity in his crimson eyes one might think he meant no harm at all. As he got about half way there he would suddenly mutter, "Bakudo no yon, Hainawa..." as he thrust his open palm towards the girl sending a rope of yellow reiatsu aimed for her legs. He sought to ensnare and entangle her in the bindings hoping he could end her will to fight before one of them got seriously hurt.

Tenju's bakudou had failed but now the girl was coming down with a deadly slash, there was no time to mourn the wasted spell. Instead Tenju swiftly stepped forwards two big steps and made a 180 turning around in hopes of getting underneath and behind his opponent. This would leave him at her back as she landed, presumably unable to spin around in mid air with her already committed momentum. Tenju would try to aim a powerful swing using the blunt end of his blade at the back of her head in hopes of causing a concussion and knocking her out.

As Tenju's blunt strike hit Aima's shoulder he felt the satisfying feeling of a connected blow and did as he had trained to do. Following through with the strike he would bring his zanpakutou back closer to his body in a stabbing position and the moment Aima stepped back he would dash in making it as though the distance between them never changed. As she began to speak his blade would likely already be thrust forwards stopped just short of her throat hopefully forcing her to stand down, "Ok, you're tougher than the average person I'll give you that..."

Tenju closed his eyes and let out a sigh of relief as he backed away and sheathed his zanpakutou, "I'm still going to follow you around, you might be able to handle yourself if a hollow comes along but I don't think you could take a powerful one." He opened his eyes and looked at the mystical sword on the ground, it was subtle but there was a strange unfamiliar kind of reiatsu around since it was summoned, "Where did you get that weapon? I've never seen anything like it."

Tenju indulges Aima with the custom of shaking hands but does so only briefly, "Ichiken, Tenju. 6th squad recruit." With introductions out of the way he grabbed the hood of his cloak and brought it back over his head again since it fell off during the fight, "So why are you out in the middle of the desert Aima?"
