I will regularly be checking the office. So, do not worry about having to notify me or anything. After you fill out your application, you will be given an appropriate rank. Regardless of what rank you may attain, however, you have yet to learn either shikai or bankai of your own soul cutter and need to be trained for it.

Why do you want to join the 5th: Daisuke feels that joining the 5th division will help him hone his powers greater than any other squad could.
How loyal can you be: Daisuke may not always seem like the most motivated shinigami but if he considers someone a friend, they will always have him at their back. Despite being a trouble maker at times as well, Daisuke recognizes and respects the chain of command.

What is your specialty (Kido, Hand-to-Hand Combat, Zanjutsu, or Hoho): Kido (esp. Bakudou), and hoho.
What's special about you (Attribute as a person Ex. Loving, Caring, Deceptive, Manipulating, loyal, and etc..): While there are indeed better physical combatants than Daisuke, that does not mean that he is a slouch in a fight. His speed and overall defensive abilities are unparalleled, all of which are matched by a rather impressive comprehension of both offensive and especially defensive kido. All of this only makes up for a small percentage of his strength, his most powerful weapons are without a doubt, his brain and his mouth. While not being a "genius" by any means, Daisuke is extremely resourceful and cunning. Not only is he analytical and adaptive, Daisuke has a silver tongue, being able to talk his way out of most situations with relative ease. His persuasive abilities also help greatly to diffuse hostile situations that would otherwise lead to unfavorable circumstances.
