Arcane, Rukongai

This time frame does not take place during the same frame of Arcane, Hueco Mundo or Arcane, New York

The busy and on going Rukon district has many passerby's going from one direction to the next. Sales and homes are lively and even with the occasional thief, the population seemed to stay steady and at peace. Many children run and play in the streets while the adults converse with one another. There is seemingly no sign of anything ever changing in the district nor is there any problems from its inhabitants. But this is all about to change.

*Shinji "Nachos" Shinamori was lazily wandering around the district, bored out of his mind. He already beat up a few thugs that tried to rob him, his best friend left without a trace....again, and the rest of his "Crew" were nowhere to be found. Suzaku, Hanzou, they were all gone. The only one that Nachos has talked to was Sanba. He continued to walk down the street, hoping something would happen soon*
