Sai Suigetsu stands at 6 foot 5 in height and weighs 195 Lbs. He has short, neck length blue hair and has light blue eyes. He has a calm demeanor and is seen with a straight face in any situation. He wears a black t-shirt with a dark blue shark jumping out of the ocean on the front of it. He has a gray colored denim jacket on with a pair of sunglasses in the front pocket. He wears a pair of black cargo pants with a blue belt around his waist. He doesn't wear shoes and instead wears sandals. Around his neck is a necklace, attached to it is a cross.
Personality: Although he is usually seen as a laid-back, jovial fellow, he also shows a deceptively cunning and serious side when the situation warrants it. He commonly uses idle conversation and outward concern as an act of distracting his opponents. Despite his care-free attitude, he always speaks politely, but is sometimes sarcastic. Others even notes that he tends to go over the top with whatever he becomes passionate about. He has grown a small rivalry with the shinigami of the seireitei for unknown reasons.
Your Legacy:
Your Story: Sai Suigetsu, before he was born, his mother was attacked by a large hollow, thus creating the Sai of today. After she was attacked, some spiritual energy seeped into the womb where Sai was, giving him powers but not shinigami powers like some have obtained. Due to this power, he was told to keep it hidden, if not he would be picked on for being a freak in school. One day on his way home he found out his mother had had a car accident and lost control of his powers. Due to this, he was out casted and sent out onto the streets to fend for himself. He raised himself, and taught himself how to defend himself from others who would want to do harm to him. He has a hard time trusting people due to the treatment he had to go through while growing up, however, he finds others with the Full bring Ability much like family due to them mostly going through the same thing. He currently resides in an abandoned apartment he had somehow obtained and resides their until more of those with this power are found.

Name: Chill Factor
Fullbring source:The necklace around his neck
Terms of usage: Must have hold of his necklace before he uses it.
Description: He grabs hold of the necklace held around his neck. He then focuses his energy into it and it forms ice gauntlets and he can freely create anything with ice.
Techniques: (3 Max, re-use form.)

Description: Creates a large X made up of ice particles in the air. Sai then grabs it and starts spinning it rapidly forming razor sharp blades. He then takes it and throws it at the enemy while it's spinning.
