Personality: Kurix personality is laid back and nonchalant and somewhat uncaring to what others think or feel about him. Surprisingly he is the same whether he is in combat or simply relaxing enjoying the sakura flowers that surround Tokyo. Kurix takes most situations that come his way as petty or not worth his time. He has been known to walk away from Hollows who were just not threatening enough. This lackadaisical attitude has thrown him into trouble in the past as a captain. And even in his banishment he acts as if it is his duty to make sure souls are still protected from hollows even though he is not ordered to. It seems to be in his nature but it turns into an argument with himself as he heads to the battlefield. When on the field of war Kurix is not easily impressed by his allies or enemies spiritual pressure, even if he is outclassed he keeps a cool composure never flaunting his own power because he has made up in his mind he doesn't have to prove himself to anyone.

Kurix hides major human emotion such as happiness or anger. His over exaggerated facial expressions prove that he is hiding something and does not want to expose what he is really feeling about issues in the living world and soul society.

Zanpakuto Information:

Zanpakuto Name: Kuro
Sealed Appearance:
Zanpakuto Spirit Description: Kuro, a calm, quiet samurai, has the complete opposite personality then his master SoulKurix. Never saying to much he has helped Kurix since the first day they were introduce. More of a mentor to his master Kuro has pushed Kurix more then his former shinigami superior.
Kuro's inner world is a sakura forest that is tainted with a midnight sky and the petals of the sakura tress are white contrasting with the rest of there habitation.
Release Phrase: Shou, Kuro Naiya (Destroy, Dark Diamonds)

Shikai
Released Appearance: Kuro will free itself from Soul's grip and pierce his right palm. The blade will slowly meld with Souls arm turning it into black diamond. In this state it is ready to fully go into its release form.
Other Changes: Kuro now fused with Souls right arm will shatter into a thousand black diamonds swarm around Souls arms and legs.

Passive abilities

Name Diamond Cloud
Description: This is the main ability of Kurix shikai. The diamonds are controlled by Kurix's reiatsu and can simply surround him protecting him from damage but it is also an offensive ability because he can concentrate the cloud to attack his opponent causing deep lacerations on the body. This ability also protects Kurix without his reiatsu control. Diamond Cloud has a radius of 50 meters from Kurix body offensively and the actual size of the cloud is 5 meters and a cluster of one thousand black diamond shards each the size of 30 cm. Soul never really moves past this technique unless he is in danger or fighting a powerful enemy. This is a multi-target technique since its controlled by the very reiatsu and mind of Kurix.
Downside: Kurix cannot attack and defend at the same time.

Name: Diamond Dragoon
Description: This special ability of Kurix is his second and probably favorite technique of his shikai. The Diamond Cloud will concentrate and collect on the arms and legs shaping into gauntlets and boots that resemble that of a dragons appendages. This gives Kurix great melee capabilities allowing him to get up close and personal with his opponent. The claws on his arms and legs increase not only his offense but defense allowing him to block weapons with them. The black diamond weapons will also have the same destructive capabilities as Diamond Storm but now will have the strength of Kurix behind them increasing the damage ratio. If an opponent is hit with either the gauntlets or greaves the skin will tear open violently causing extreme pain. Kurix can also cause blunt damage by simply manipulating the his claw like appendages making it extremely easy to break bones or hit with a force of ten tons.
Downside: After 10 post Kurix will go Berserk if he remains in this form.

Name: Diamond Defense
Description: As long as Kurix is idle the diamonds that float over him will block attacks that are aimed at him whether it be melee or spiritual energy.
Downside: Can only block two attacks a post anymore then that and the diamonds will fail and Kurix will take full damage.


Active abilities

Name: Diamond Hell
Description: Kurix will only unleash this technique if all else has failed. Condensing his diamonds into one making a 5 meter diamond. Using whatever reiatsu he has left he will launch it at his opponent and whether they make contact with it or not it will explode and collect around his opponent. The diamonds will surround the enemy and shred the opponent until they are either dead, unconscious, or Kurix stops the almost inescapable attack. This technique has as an attacking radius which is unique because the diamonds will only be attracted by reiatsu giving it homing capabilities even though it is possible to escape the target will have to have a skill level higher then Kurix to completely escape the attack. If it is equal they will escape with damage relative to Diamond Storm, and if they are weaker they will be killed or knocked unconscious. This move. Diamond Hell can deal damage to multiple targets but will lose its intensity for every opponent targeted.

Downside: Even though it is a shikai level technique, will drain so much of Kurix spiritual energy that he will pass out from the strain putting him out for hours or even days depending on what state he is in during the initiation of it.

Name: Diamond Shell Shunpo
Description: Kurix will use his diamonds while using shunpo to create a clone of him which will shatter on impact causing small damage but causes the opponent to flinch.
Downside: Kurix can only make one clone a post.

Name: Diamond Dragon Roar
Description: While Kurix is in his Diamond Dragoon state he will collect the majority of black crystal into his left and right hands. The diamonds will form a dragon head which will fire a black ball of energy that is wrapped in black fire. This attack has a radius of five meters and moves at the speed of a hollows cero.

Downside: The attack has to charge for one post before it is fired. If not Kurix will pass out for three post.

Bankai
Release Phrase: Tenshi no Shou, Kuro Naiya (Heavenly Gift Destroy, Dark Diamonds)
Released Appearance:

The black cloud of razor shards will return to Kurix and hover above him. After Soul calls out his zanpaktou's name the black diamonds will tun to liquid and rain down into the right palm of Soul and form a black blade.

Other Changes: His bankai is not massive like most shinigami's. Instead the diamonds form a black katana that has a black titanium hilt and handguard. The black diamond shards will also form gauntlets and greaves much like the Diamond Dragoon ability but will not have as much destructive force. And the remaining diamonds will hover above Soul but not be as dense as Diamond storm but will be even more destructive.

Passive abilities

Name: Diamond Dragons Blessing
Description: The diamonds that are now apart of Kurix will completely fuse with his body turning him into the Diamond Dragon which is his Zanpakuto's true spirit form. Kurix defense and offense greatly increase and normal kidou increases in damage.
Downside: Kurix speed is cut in half but if he uses shunpo he can move at his regular speed.

Name: Diamond Fury
Description: While in his bankai form Kurix is alot sleeker due to the diamonds that have fused with his now draganoid form.
Downside: Shunpo drains increase x2
