Vice Captain's Office

Victor's office is actually more elaborate than normal Vice Captains Offices but this is only due to how he had made a fairly large sum of money back when he did forging work for the upper class. This allowed him to afford this decor and make himself feel more at home with his German roots, that and he wanted his guest to feel welcomed to his office as well. Enjoy visiting but please don't break anything.....Victor used up quite a bit of his money getting all this and won't be happy to have to replace something.
