I don't think Ichigo will gain there powers. Why? Because Ichigo was originally a shinigami, they said they were humans. Humans given power like Orihime and Chad. I think they're going to go through a process there own way to give him back his shinigami powers and not how Uruhara helped him gain his powers back.
