Garyuu is a bit on the schizophrenic side. He lives in his own little world, and will often speak as if he is speaking to another person. Aside from this, he is an excellent tactician and loyal subordinate. Often times, he will show a melancholic side, but him truly be in gusto. He knows when to lead, and he knows when to follow. He's not afraid to kill, he'll kill mercilessly. His personality often resembles the two famous faces in literature: Comedy and Tragedy. He can be witty, humorous, and sarcastic at one point, then silent, depressed, and saddened at the other. Roughly ninety-five percent of the time he is around others, he is pleasant, but can be unpleasant when need be. Really, he is a variety of personalities, but those are his main ones. The character he represents the most is the kind, thoughtful one that will help when need be, but secretly is figuring out ways to kill or torture others. He is always on the move, telling no one what his intentions are. In summary, he is an assortment of emotions.
Story: The last moment that Garyuu could remember before going to the Soul Society was that his own father, Shī, had made him believe that everyone was to out to get him. So that one day - after coming home from College, he called all of his family together - as he said his last words and pulled out a gun to then shoot himself in the head.
He remembered seeing nothing but blood. The next time that he had opened his eyes, he was greeted by the sight of a clouded sky in the world known as Soul Society. He remembered the first time he spoke in, an almost new voice of his. His voice was soft, but yet, hard. "Heaven.. I didn't think Kami would welcome me home.." Although, he was surprised when a young girl had popped out of no where. Garyuu had been surprised to find that something called a 'Shinigami' had right away sent him to this place, saying that this Shinigami was always watching him.
From then and there, the young girl had told Garyuu that she saw that he was strong and should sign up for the Academy. Garyuu was oddly confused by the young girl, but told her to give him a while before he does anything. The young girl agrees and tell Garyuu that her name was Yagiri. But, as time went on, Garyuu noticed how time went on. Time passed by very fast in the Soul Society. When Garyuu finally said that he'd join the Academy, Yagiri become overjoyed.
Although, as the first year rolled around - Garyuu saw someone he hoped [secretly] never to see again. His own father.. was helping with the Academy. But, when he saw his father, everything changed. Garyuu had cut his blonde hair in order to hide his true self from the man who had 'killed' him, and who he had to call his 'father'. Although.. not everything was well.
One day, as Garyuu had sneaked off to find Yagiri, he found her father speaking with many other people who seemed to be scientists. He couldn't quite understand what they were saying. Although.. that's when everything had gone wrong. Half-way through his academy years, Garyuu remembered someone unknown to him, chocking the life out of him...
Garyuu awakened to come face to face with two people, who looked exactly like him. Although, he was breathing through a tube as he was floating in water. As they looked on.. in no emotion to their other counterpart. It seemed they went against orders when they had shattered the glass that allowed Garyuu to fall out. The female look-alike had taken him away from the lab that his father seemed to be keeping him in.
They had taken Garyuu to the Academy, as he watched as some shinigami were attacking the Academy Students. Without him even knowing until a few moments past. Garyuu had met his Soul Spirit that granted his sword. He did not know what else 'he' had said due to the fact the large rumbling sound. Along with some students that were far more advanced, he helped the students and protected most. But yet, in the processes losing Yagiri to a Shinigami ex-captain.
Within blind rage, Garyuu had followed something that would lead him to his father, as he was just about to harm Garyuu's look likes. From behind, the young soul had killed his father, stunning many.
Years later, Garyuu was able to finish the Academy and stepped up to being in the Eighth Division. There wasn't much more for him to do now but train.
RP Sample: Walking up, the sound of the rushing water flowing over the edge and into the lake of water below the cliff which helped make up the falls could be clearly heard by Garyuu Elizondo. With blonde hair rustling about and a joyous shine in his emerald eyes. He wore a green jacket with gold trim near the top and around the sleeves. The jacket was a tail coat. On the inside of the green was a darker green. He had a white shirt accompanied by a white cravat, and black pants His appearance was proper and respectable.
So as he walked up towards the falls, he stopped near the edge by the lake that the water from the falls fell into and smiled as he looked at his reflection looking back at him. "Such a fine day," he said calmly. The boots that matched the suit tapped as he walked. Garyuu stood at 6 feet, 3 inches.
Zanpakuto Information:
Zanpakuto Name: Aetás
Sealed Appearance: A katana which is 60 inches long, the blade being 57 inches, the guard taking an inch, and the hilt being two inches in length. There is a dragon enscribed onto it. There are no special attacks with this weapon, he wears the katana horizontally across his waist, keeping it behind his back. The guard and hilt are a pure black while the blade is pure silver.
Zanpakuto Spirit Description: Aetás is a young boy, about 4'10" in height. He has short, blonde hair, emerald eyes, and wears a white shirt, red tie, black vest, and plaid shorts. He is a younger version of Garyuu.
Release Phrase: Wind It Back, Aetás

Released Appearance: Aetás becomes a gold pocketwatch. This gives him the ability to control time in mere minutes. Upon opening this watch, the hand spins to a number, giving him as many minutes as he needs to freeze time. [Ex: 1 = 1 minute, 2 = 2 minutes, etc.]
