"We dont mind how many dies in the process, if needed be take down anyone who gets in the way." Komu barked as he closed his eyes and continued. "Just make sure not to kill and arrancar named Claire."

Mukuro stood up and looked at the new head captain face to face.
"I'll go get things ready for the departure" He said. He turned around and faced the other squad 2 members.
"You listen to me while we're on this mission, don't kill anyone unless you're attacked first, if you disobey my orders i'll forcefully send you back here" He said to his squad 2 members.

Aki found all of this a bit werid and suspiscious but didn't mind it and smiled.
"Kill Sanba and we go to war. Sounds nice, but with all due respect sir. War isn't really what I expected. Why go to such extreme?"

"Why you ask, dear captain." calmly, Komu turned to the female shinigami and explains his choice of words. "The shinigami have grown weak over the last decade, war is necessary to wake you people up. Sanba's death would lead into many more deaths, deaths from both sides of the tree. so we prepare to battle, cause there's a high possibility of a war breaking out between us and the vizard alliance."

"I asked cause most head cappys try to think of a simplier and more peaceful way to deal with things. But i guess i can really say anything. War it is, but what about the fallen situation?"

"heh heh heh... this should be interesting! I apologise my father but you heard the cap, Anyone who gets in the way of this mission shall have the permision to be taken down. Heh... well then anyone who does get in my way I will take them down! Out cold and no chance given!"

Michael lets out a slight evil smirk with his eyes shaded as he looked as his captain/father.

Mukuro gave his son a dirty look. It was worse than any look Mukuro had ever given.
"If you disobey my orders in this mission, as the head of the Sazumushi, i'll put you down slowly"
His face returned to normal as he gave him a smile, then turned his head and faced the head captain again.


[A Retsu Unohana Moment]

"Don't worry I was only Joking!"

He smiles cheekily with a slight giggle

"I understand, If we need to I will only if needed to! and ofcourse by your commands my father!"

Ariving after a living world dispute, she was alarmed by the sudden gathering of people, it was not something to be worried about, but seeing as her sister was involved she came to check it out.

"What's going on here?" she asked turning to the ones who arrived before her.

"Truce never got anyone anywhere." apathetically, Komu replies. "For peace... we go to war, i hope you see the truth in this, Aki-taichou."

"good point there. Than lets go to war shall we?"
*gives evil smirk*

"What... War? No, anything but that..." angrily, Moshiro turned to her sister then back to the newly appointed head captain. "We've been through war, in our time, no one needs it. I'll put a stand against this."

"Stop it Moshiro, don't forget that im standing beside the new Captain and Commander of Gotei 13 and will not hold back if you dare raise your voice against him one more time." Alert, Sachiko replied as opposed to what her sister said. She knew of wars of old, but there was some truth in what Komu said, it wasn't like Sanba's party was willing to go with peace.

"Enough of this" stressed by the fact that a simple matter became an argument between two sisters, he couldn't be any more irritated. "Any of you, do what you want, but don't come crying back to me when the vizards come for your heads."

Watching from the sidelines, Dice finally made a comment. "Pheh, acting all tough, im still curious as to how you've survived your previous predicament." turning sharply to Sachiko he continued. "i'd say you had everything to do with this Sachiko, i should've known...

But why are you taking control over gotei 13 Sato, what's your true motive?"

"ooo.. war... heh... this could be interesting.."

Michael smirks slightly as he mutters this to himself and then goes into a deep thought.

Garyuu sits on the rooftop, a grin formed upon his features. "War? Oh, how interesting~," he said in a sing-song voice. "Though, I'm not one who is thrilled by ripping limbs off of others. But if I must do so, I will." Garyuu jumped down. It wasn't too far off the ground. Composing himself, he bowed with one hand on his chest, and the other behind his back, just like an old victorian-styled butler would do. "My, my. Some of the captains seem to be objecting their duties? How... distasteful," he said, wagging his left hand index finger.

Mukuro raised himself up, using his zanpakto as leverage to stand him up straight up.
"I'm going to go prepare squad 2" He said to the new head captain. "I've had it with the childish things going on here, and the young one up there is just watching apparently"
He pointed at the person who had just arrived and was trying to hide, or that's how Mukuro thought of it. His body disappeared from the area, heading back to squad 2.

Garyuu folded some of his blonde hair behind his ear. "Well, he seems rather upset," he mumbled, huffing once. Since his captain wasn't around, Garyuu respectfully arrived to represent the eighth division. He kept a polite smile, remaining silent for the head captain to speak.

[OOC: I think this topic needs to be locked. The new Head Captain has kinda already said what he needed, and that was for squad 2 to hunt down Sanba, and that he was running the squad 1 and stuff.]

(Not all the captains are present atm, im waiting on the minorities before locking this, we need to set the allegations first.)

Mushasune had heard rumor of a certain comotion that was taking place elsewhere and had decided to check it out. she flashstepped to the area,a seductuve smile on her face. she seemed to appear out of thin air next to Moshiro with a smile, and, much to her surprise, a noble that was once declared dead stood before her. " how peculiar. from my understanding you should be sleeping in the dirt of your grave." she said as she crossed her arms over her chest, still smiling. "now, let me get this straight, you have been put in charge of the gotie and plans to begins a war with the vizards? am I wrong." she didn't feel like intoducing herself quite yet, however her 10th division kimono swayed a little in the breeze.

"Sleeping in the dirt?" Komu laughed in a dark way. "As the new head captain and commander, it's my duty to maintain peace and balance within the shinigami world, the punishment for attempting to attain hollow powers is death, and death it is for all who align them selves with them, I wont be a fool to do so, so they should all perish, even if it brings war against all races."

"willing to kill your own men for the sake of your own pride in power? wow, so the acme of the gotie has really been....how should i word this: awkward, futile, failing, questionable..." she said as she named words, than laughed as she looked directly at him, arms still crossed over her large bust. "now i see your point about the Vizards, their transformation personifies the act of giving in to evils. however, "war" is a very serious action and its one that can not be taken back when you realize how much of a mistake it can be, especially when you turn to it as the only answer to solve a certain conflict without convincing us why its neccesary." she said calmly as she looked into the sky. "you see war only gives a certainty to more wars in the future, and beginning a war with the vizards and those whom stand along side them only brings up the certainty of further rebellions against you. you can't jump to it so quikely because you need to convince us all that war is the right thing. if you dont than you will certainly destroy the order of this protection agency that had been developed all so long ago....understood....sato?" she said with a very secutive smile.

"I understand you, but war will break free, be it my fault or not, its inevetible, Sanba wont just sit arround doing nothing, he will get revenge, and we will all be dragged into this whitlpool." Sato smirked as he sat streight. "Its not only me who's looking for war, the nether worlds are making there move as we speak."
