He has long silver hair and crimson red eyes that burn of a the raging sunlight. His complexion is very pale, unlike when he was first seen (during the lee rebellion), his complexion greatly changed, as if blood no longer ran through his veins.
Stitches could be visibly seen around his neck area, it's origin is from the monster arrancar who came and ate half of soul societies population, The senetue project. His head was torn off, but he was kept alive by some mysterious black magic the arrancar with cards made.
And so after so long, he was able to be brought back, but he's no longer the same, he looks the same but this time he has a burn mark at the back of his head, which looks more like a tattoo.

Personality:
Originally, Sato is very kind, caring and understanding, but after going through so much after Lee's rebellion, he changed. Now he's only really just angry rather than anything. He only lives for vengeance, and for vengeance he spreads wrath all over the world. The very angry Komura Sato, such a poor soul.

Lee's Rebelion
Sato first appeared during Lee's rebellion where he and the other nobles were discussing about the attack of the senetue clones. Angry they all were about the attack, not only on Rukingai, but more importantly on Seretei (where all nobles live)
They all wanted to dissolve the Gotei 13 for it's incompetence, It's new leadership was ridiculed by many, but not by Sato and his crew. They believe that theirs hope in the new generation, but not after the arrival of the arrancar named Claire.
Silenced, they all looked at each other, she was definitely a hollow, but something was not right with her.
They spoke about things, and she replied, but something urged Sato to finally say his piece, and she turned to him. Here eyes pierced through his soul, she was just like a child, yet something else, more. She knew him, someway somehow, but he didnt know how.
It didn't take long for him to be abducted by her. She commanded the real Senetue to bite his head off clean, one which mortified him. He was gonna die, this was it for him. In fear of great horror, he ran, but his efforts... were useless, the senetue got him.
The Cursing head
There was darkness, everything was oblivious, and endless darkness filled with random objects who were sent abyss the sea of darkness.
After so long, there was light again, and Sato was alive.
"AHHHH!! AHHH! What, whats happening? Where am i? im floating? wheres my body? im... YOU!!" he said as he recognized the person infront of her, but not to the full realization of who this person really was.
She asked him to curse, he was without a body and but just a head, so all that he could do was speak, he didn't feel hunger, nor anything, he was numb all over, his body was dying somewhere, day and day... decaying till its nothing.
With just a touch from her hands, he was sent back into the sea of darkness, it's where he will most likely live for the rest of eternity. And all he could do was curse about it.
Hell
He was in darkness one day, and now, he was in hell, he had no idea what happened, but the arrancar named claire dropped her somewhere, somehow, and he saw her figure shrinking till she was gone into the hot deserted lands...
He had no idea where he was, and everyone in the area just walked passed him, it was as if they spoke not the same language as he, or that this was his punishment, but why?
He slept, he was kicked and used as a ball by some hellion's playing around, he was bruised all over until he saw a familair figure of a woman he knew, the Emperial Knight, Aoyama Sachiko.
He called for her and she walked up to him, eyes wide, shocked. Sato explained the situation, and so did Sachiko, as they understood each other, she carried him from the ground and into a bag.
There was darkness once more, but it was different, a gentle kind of darkness.
Reunion
Reunited with his body, they called fort Ciel... For he was one of the demons who took free lance jobs from anyone, friend or foe. But who would've thought that the shinigami's would trust him after betraying them time and time again.
He knew exactly what Sato wanted and gave him the conditions to his contract.
"Walk the sands a thousand years, Walk and walk, but not, you will find,
forever wandering, an endless wondering, with just sticks and stones
a floor will be born, power you will gain, vengeance you will own."
They made a deal, and he was... resurrected, his body remade, half man, half machine. His vengeance... was set in motion.
