I have no problems with that, if so that happens, gotei 13 might really shut down @.@

It doesnt have to shut down T.T we can just super minimize and NPC it up.

Being an vizard is cool and a evildoer is cooler but gotei 13 needs to stay alive!

I dont think many people are interested in divisions anymore (since there are so many other opened races now)

Yeah reduce it instead of getting rid of it completely

Okay, ima PM all captains about this downsizing thing... Ima need to ask what each and everyone wants. (that way they can discuss with there division)

My thoughts were one forum per division plus archives. that one area would be *Division Area Territory.

Then if a division wants to expand, they need to pay BD cash or something >.<

Most captains are inactive anyway. We don't get many missions and duties like usual.
Or people in general are inactive -_-

Yeah. A lot of people will be inactive due to school, personal issues, jobs, etc., so there will be a decrease in weekly activity. But yeah, I agree the Gotei 13 should be downsized.

GOTEI 13 DOWNSIZING ON THE PROCESS!

All i need is a Highlights and revruitment form.
Highlights can have cappy office, HQ, tea room etc
and recruitmemt can have the ranks ans recruitment sheet.

3 divisions open max. inmyopinion. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. just cuz the first two are already up and the 4th can be pretty awesome in RP

So 3 divisions are non NPC, and the rest can be onpen just for plots?

(i dont really wanna see just the 3 of them on the forum, i dunno why, its kinda sad, and kinda drives people away, inactivity aside.

oki. *pokes Rurus nose* or u can do as i did. open just 1st 2 divisions, and the always open new one after this two are filled up with at least 10 members. i do that on my forum :3 thought no one joisn so ill have only 2 divvis forever XD
