Everyone is free to create a clan of all sorts, but it must be approved by me or other admins before you can use it for RP.
Once it is approved, the creator/clan leader will be in charge of all recruitment's and the likes, its there responsibility to keep the clan alive as well.
Theres no limit as to how many your allowed you can join.
As for demon clans, we will be allowing it, but not all will be recognized to enter hell ^_^
