Requirement and Regulation:
Theme of design has to be Bleach related
Has to be original which means no plagiarism
Layout must be in square (no landscape or portrait)
Must be 100x100 with 150 resolution
Could either be animated or not
Has to have the title of Bleach Dynasty or just BD
