Before leaving for Australia the 4th Division Captain knew that bad things were to happen if the attacks continue, so with forbidden Kido, she spawned a fortress out of nothing with the help of four other subordinates.
First she cut her index finger and used the blood to write ロック on her right arm then wrote城郭 on her left.
Placing both hands on the sand like terrain she concentrated her reiatsu on her opened palms and softly spoke..
"Bakudo Hyoku yon jyu roku Iwa no yōsai"
The 4 subordinates later did the same as she did on all four corners forming a square formation around Moshiro.
One by one they started.
"Chi" 地
"Sui" 水
"Ka" 火
"Fū" 風
Lastly after they all said there part it returns to Moshiro and she said.
"Kū" 空
It didn't take long for a shake to occur as something from the centered started arising, concentrating on the forbidden Kido, Moshiro remained on the center as did the others from there respective corners.
As the center was fully sent out four large pillars came from each of the four corners, 4 massive pillars of great shinigami warriors from the past having there hand held up forming barrier, each containing 4 elemental protective barrier of fire, wind, earth and water. It can only be disabled by Moshiro's death, but it doesn't necessarily mean it can stand on its own when facing a great enemy.

The barrier not only protects people inside, but also heals them momentarily, once they go out, they are weakened, unless healed completely and properly.
