Gotei 13 Discussion

Okay, this havent been brought down in a while, but we need specific jobs for specific divisions.

This means Division specialties and responsibilities.

It can be as unique as it can be since were not a cannon RP, so please post your suggestions regarding this topic here.

We need to rebuild our gotei 13 people. Lets get to work ^_^

Agh seems no one really fully grasped the concept of divisons being an rp thing and not a social thing as they were originally designed

simplest way of putting it is we have all divisons open and we have in each divison

captain + vice captain
captain + vice captain
((rinse and repeat 11 more times))

But you know since it obviously didnt work lets see what other things peeps suggest

i agree, i think the way haji models his divvy's is best. but i doubt anyone will do that. i used to do it like that but i tihnk unless specifically told to do it the captains of these divisions wont

Hmm, lemons people dont know what they want.

If we spoon feed them, they complain about not understanding things when all this time we ask them but they have nothing to say.

i think the three of us should just come up with a general BD theme for each division. non-canon ones though

yeah, and leave it to them on how they design the division themselves.


i'll do a draft of this (all of which would have at least 2 specific responsibilities, and one word or term to segregate them from the rest. Or however you understand it ><)

1st Division - Leadership, Special forces (Legacy)
2nd Division - Covert ops, Assassination (Judgment)
3rd Division - Messengers, secondary defensive line (Hope)
4th Division - Medical Shinigami , Reserved Forces (Help)
5th Division - World Investigation, Special Forces(Deceit)
6th Division - SS investigation, Noble Security (Pride)
7th Division - Defense, war tactics (Honor)
8th Division - Demon Magic , Entertainment (Pleasure)
9th Division - Court of Justice , Prosecutor (Justice)
10th Division - Living world affairs, reserved forces (Balance)
11th Division - Special Forces , Reiatsu Burners (Strength)
12th Division - Intelligence , Innovation (Knowledge)
13th Division - Demon Magic , Control (Creativity)

Ok i like the sound of these catergories for each divsion at least when people join now we could easily say oh joining 10th division means you will be involved in a lot more living world missions etc etc

the 2nd, 4th and 12th go without saying for their roles though and should remain as they are already but the classifications for the rest are top notch ^^

I'm sorry for not being on as much as I used to Ruru, Sanba and Beans. I'll try to hold my division up the best as I can. I'll begin work on it as it needs a huge revamp and turning back into what it once was ^^

I need your undivided attention, i as we discussed about vizards, we came over gotei 13 as well.

Im thinking of downsizing the division subforums to just 2. An HQ and an archive area. The others will be open for recruiting while the rest will be available for plot purposes only.

Now, i need to know how many of you actually agree with this, so please reply here, i need to know your thoughts (ruru no mind read)

Erm...I'm not sure with this one....to be honest I don't really care as much, but I like keeping things seperated for myself, it makes things so much easier for me...but it's up to you....

I want to keep squad 2 how it is. Squad 2 is pretty much the only open squad. I'm thinking about, if Sanba's fine with it, as Ruru said to me, about going to squad 1.

Im not saying anything about closing opened divisions, we just wanna lessen the sub forums each has. Currently there's HQ, R&R, Highlights and Archive. Most of which are not use to its fullest, yes it makes things organized, but one or two subs can have all that as well.

well since I am technically still over the 7th, I am ok with this. I think it would be for the best to lesson the sub forums, as most aren"t really used, and by condencing this to less sub forums, it is more likely to make each more active.
