Justice rings

A white clothed man lays sprawled out across the top of a building. A light moan signals that he is indeed alive. He slides a hand up to his head as he pushes himself up onto his knees and pauses as he holds the sides of his head. It felt like it was going to split if he didn't. He slowly looked up as the rip in the sky above him reminded him how he got there. He makes his way to his feet as he looks himself over. He had no injuries and that was good. "I...have to find....someone." He walked to the edge of the building and looked the town over

Holding an umbrella, one man caught her attention, nothing unusual about his looks, yet something was off with him. Ignoring her senses, the walk light turned green, signaling her to cross the street leading to another.

She turned to the man once more, but he got lost with the crowd of people.

Thinking to her self, she might have just encountered one of them, the ones they call the fallen.

No.. it couldnt be...

Returning to her senses, she was on the middle of the street where one car sounded its horn angrily at her. She started walking towards the other end.

The white dressed man slowly let his eyes scan over the area around him. So many people, so many voices, so much was going on and in the end it was all the same. He let out a low sigh and was going to continue forward through the crowd until the loud sound of a horn reached his ears. His shoulders shot up as he looked back "Gah! That...was mean!" He then look around. What was to say that this entire city wasn't like that? Everyone was rushing to where they wanted to be, why would they care about someone else. He slowly let his left hand raise up and a dot of light rest in his palm. "How much do you think he's worth?" He spoke to himself as he turned toward the vehicle. The small dot pulsed as it grew to the size of a small ball

The rain was still pouring within the busy streets as when Uruha reached the other end of the street, strange powerful aura attracted her, it was him, the guy she sensed different, he was strangely distracted by the horns, he was preparing to destroy it while all she can do was watch, she wanted to yell at him, to yell stop, but she couldnt, strangely enough, it was too overwhelming that she had lost her ability to speak.

The man slowly turned his head back toward the sphere and let his fingertips, one by one, tap along the sphere as with each touch, it grew just a bit more. He then let his hand move around and toward the car as he simply flicked the orb from his grasp. It was the size of a basketball as shot across the air. It phased through the metal of the car and struck the man. To any other person, it would seem like he simply fainted in his car.

Uruha saw it, the round almost invisible ball of energy shot by the man in white, she turned to see if anything would happen to the car, but nothing did, it just went through the frame like light.

She locked her eyes on the man who fainted, wondering. Is he dead?

The man slowly let his hand lower down as he looked around to see that a few people have noticed the man in his sleeping like state. He then slowly moved his hands down to his sides as he took in a deep breath and exhaled, closing his eyes in the process. "Justice is everywhere. No one can escape it. No one can hide from it. This filthy world...no, all of them. So many corrupt...."
He let his eyes slowly open as a slow wind flowed around him and drifted off into the air. In several areas a single body slowly faded into existence, all seemingly the same as the white dressed man. All with different objectives but all with the same goal. The all jetted off in there own directions to do what they were meant to do.

With the man in a dead like state, cars behind him flocked and honked there horns at him like crazy, this jolted Uruha back to her senses only realizing that she lost track of the fallen again, she was in no condition to confront someone as dangerous all by her self, but it would appear that there aura's were far different from anyone she has ever encountered.

It was always changing, nothing constant, like waves of emotions, sometimes very kind, sometimes very cruel.

Loosing sight of him completely, she decided to take her leave and return to her shop, she foresaw things, but not so much as to this one, it was very strange, something... was awfully wrong about the fallen, and the crack on the sky all together.

Uriel slowly turned away and started to walk into the crowd. It as not the best or worst thing for him to do but it was the right thing. He then continued on as he was continued to be given information by his clones. Some fell at the hands of there enemies and others continued to judge and get his information as well as find some of the more detestable areas. He soon was gone in the massive crowd and then gone all together.
