History: The only child to a rich industrialist, Shogo learnt the ways of the Quincy from his mother and trained every day with her to become a full fledged Quincy. He left the spoilt lifestyle to live a more modest one where he met one Uruha.
It was a whirlwind romance that began as it ended, abruptly. He still hasn't recovered from their breakup, still harbouring feelings towards her that mainly manifest in the form of their cosntant bickering whenever they meet.
When they were together they established the now famous Waffle House together in Karakura Town, a place for lost souls regardless of species or alignment to rest and trade knowledge and information. Because of this Shogo is aware of a lot of information on the world and its inhabitants, yet he always sticks to the sidelines so not to upset the natural balance of the world
