Alright, the Kakidashi House is a clan once known as the mighty Mararu clan. Due to recent beliefs, they converted to a new clan, believing in the reincarnation factor, much like budhists but way different. They believe to every end, that there is also a new beginning, which Kakidashi means beginning.
Also, the Kakidashi Clan was once believed to have been the very first noble clan, however, this was proven false. The kakidashi clan tries not to have any ties with the Gotei 13. However, a member, Suzaku Kakidashi, betrayed the clan, and joined the 8th Division, destroying any ties with the Kakidashi house.
