The ranking structure when it comes to level will go by numbers. The lower the number is the higher your rank is. We will also begin at No.20
No. 4 and above may perform Bankai. No. 13 and above may perform Shikai. Under those cannot release their zanpakuto. To get No. 4 and above you must be a good role player. The ranking structure is subjective. Things are highly based on your behavior in the clan and in other groups around BD, another thing is activity. Your individual activity greatly effects the Vizard clan so make sure it's always on a high. those things don't go unnoticed.
