*Reaper puts on some thin gloves and takes his trainingsword*

*Reaper takes his sword, and positions himself*

*take out a bottle of hot sake then take a seat and watch the spar*

*Reaper continues his speed training*

"I need to get quicker ... I want to learn Flash step ASAP ..."

*Reaper tries his best, but fails at flash step*

*after several hours of training, he gives up*

"My shunpo is quickening, but why doesn't flash step work ... Argh >_<"

Please tell me, what is the different between shunpo and flash step?

Want to move up the rank eh? Good to know you have the desire. But I must let you know, I believe you have joined the toughest division, Dante. I am not saying we are the strongest division here. What I meant was this is the most difficult division to climb up. I am not being strict to my subordinates but I do have expectation from them. It requires a lot of discipline in order to reach to the higher rank over here. Reaper a good example. He has been in the 10th forever and he is the most loyal member of the 10th so far but he is only 10th seated. I am not saying he is not good enough but I expect more from him. And this is how tough I am toward my subordinates. So if you want to get up there then you have to work extremely hard as I will not follow behind your back and whip you to move forward. I will only stand here and watch. This is the reason why it requires a lot of discipline. Each captain has their own style of doing things, and this is mine. Now, do you think you can take on the challenge?
