Has Barragan Luisenbarn finally been defeated or does soi fon and Hachi still have a battle ahead of them?

The use of kido by Hachi was simply amazing to me.

once again story advancement seems to be put on hold for the old formula of these one on one fights, meh was an alright chapter not as good as last couple of weeks stuff though... i liked the kido fairground though!
