My Untitled and First Poem Ever. What do you think?{not finished}

The blood goes running down his arms,
as the thoughts of her in someones arms.
Quickly races through his head,
he seems alive but inside feels dead.

As the thoughts fill his head his heart begins to break,
as he sees the feelings she had were empty and fake.
The blood begins to dry as the cuts begin to show,
to the end of the world she said she would go.

His feelings were real but she would never know,
that the scars from her would forver show.

Yeah it will continue ^^ im kinda happy so idk how well it will be, but im bipolar so i can become depressed really easily so yeah it should start up soon, then more will be posted ^^
