Yes, I can tell you are new. Don't worry, you will get use to this place in no time. Let me know if you need any help. I'm more than happy to help you. And, I think you should start thinking about joining a division because you have more than enough post to do so. What about the 9th?

Well, each division is different but I guess most divisions wouldn't allow their members to have bankai until they are VC level. I see that Jenny is very nice captain.
