alright couple of rules

ok lets see... uhuh... i know i dont meet the requirements but be rest assured i will ^^
i want in on this divvy as i think ill be able to serve and protect best here with my lightning quick reflexes and unbreakable loyalty ^^
not to mention the divvy will stay alive due to my constant posting :D
i hope you can over look the requirements and accpet a wonderful and almighty legendary awesomeness into your division ^^
