Sure come by. Once you have the training requirement. You will have a really good chance of getting a better rank.

So I was thinking about a couple of possible events that we could do, and i've come up with this
1- A group of Shinigami are on patrol in the himan world and feel our strong reiatsu, so they come and snoop around to see these Vizards, thinking we are traitors to the soul society and maybe a threat to the balance they attack, probaly around 5 shinigami or something like that
2- Arrancar come to the human world to eliminate us thinking we may be a potential threat to them if they ever rage war once again with the soul society
3-One weaker arrancar leads a small army of about twenty strong hollow and wrecks havoc across the human world, the shinigami do not take action soon enough so the Vizards step in
These are just ideas, that I am proposing

Well not really a requirement, it's a requirement if you want a rank.
And Sanba I like number 2 and 3. The 1st one we can't do because I don't think it will be right to role play another shinigami. But I think I'm going to get the other ones ready. Good ideas.

Hey Dessi and I came up with a great idea. When I post the next ranks I want to assign small roles to everyone. I was thinking of assigning Dessi to be our main healer and Sanba to be our main fighter besides me. Kit to assist Dessi in healing. But keep in mind that those are small roles. You may still fight. In fact I want every to still fight. Oh by the way there will be a discussion thread in the Living World about a new mission arising that the whole BD will be joining. It's going to be about Sanba's idea. So when I post it up come by and post so you can join and talk about it. Thanx Vizards!

Listen Vizards. This room is to talk about anything. So don't feel bad if you talk about something weird or random. Talk about anything. Plus. I think only Sanba is aware of this. The 8th division seems to think we are "cute". Meaning weak. Are we weak Vizards? I didn't think so. Now then. I want everyone to train their hardest these next few days. Because a war is about wage against them. We will not lose do you all understand me? If there is one thing the Vizards are it's not weak. Am I right?
