8th Division: Governance [Rules & Regulations]
Rule #1: No God-modding allowed while sparring! This includes the following: 1-hit knock-outs / Limitless reiatsu use / Using extra weaponry other then your zanpakuto / Controlling someone else's movements / Using techniques that are not at your seat level / Posting yourself 100% without injury, fatigue or weakness throughout your spar
Rule #2: No Spamming while in the division! While in the 8th please try and maintain an RP format as I am trying to eliminate massive off-topic conversations within the main headquarters. You can use the HQ for off-topics but like I mentioned in another thread, try and keep it minimal. This also means No Flaming, No Baiting, No Trolling of any kind.
Rule #3: Before you make any threads I ask that you get permission from either myself or my vice-captain first. I ask that any off-topic thread made be posted in a certain section [upon its creation] this will eliminate congestion and the need for multiple threads to be where divisional business should be posted. Anything related to division/forum missions or anything involving an RP sense will be in "Spars" and vice-versa for off-topic threads.
Rule #4: Forum rules must be obeyed at all times while in the division.
Rule #5: I will be posting an "In and Out" thread. I encourage whoever joins this division to post in it as much as humanly possible. I want to promote good activity within the division [as well as the forum itself] and if you feel like your activity will either "increase or decrease" because of real life or anything in general, mention it either there or bring it to the attention of me or my vice-captain! Arigatou :)
Rule #6: Removal from the division will be based on a few things 1: Activity [both in and out of the division] 2: Lack of divisional participation 3: Lack of forum participation 4: Only posting in off-topics [this isn't going to be so stressed but by doing this it shows you don't really want to be in the division] 5: Breaking any of the forum/division rules!

~PM Warning
~Removal
As mentioned above this warning system will be in effect [it will mostly be placed around the 5th reason I stated above though. The other things are negligable and can be worked out with us, if you want it to be worked out and resolved. :)
