Name: Althea Lewis (it's not my RL name...for some reason i really like the name "Althea")
Nickname: AL
Birthday: Sept. 17, 1987
Description: Black eyes, long black hair and i have a normal weight and my height is 5'5.
Personality: a woman who likes to hang-out around the malls, chat in the internet, write songs and literature, sometimes a laid back but a kind and loving.
Age you died: 34
Occupation: for 17 years i've been the lead vocalist of the band named "Seven Roses". The Band which is famous for their best hit songs: "You're Nothing But Trash", "Mind vs Heart" and "The Hidden Me" and after i retired i became married, a housewife and had 2 children.
Cause of death: When me and my Husband, Russel are in our 8th year of marriage, he started to become jealous whenever i was around with the men in our neighborhood. His jealousy lead him to become an alcoholic and started to forget his duties in the family. One night, I confronted him about issues within our family. He kept saying that it was my fault that he became an alcoholic, drug addict and he thinks that i always sleep with other men whenever his not home. I told him that those were not true and i loved him. At first he believed me but in the end killed me by stabbing me with a knife. His ending words to me before he killed me were: "If you really loved me then you will never see any man....and for that I must do this...". Apparently, his mind had some of the side effects because of his intake of drugs.

How were you introduced to the Gotei 13: On my way to buy water to the store, i felt hunger and collapsed. When i woke up, i was back home and the twins were taking care of me. The one who carried me back home was a shinigami from the 5th division. The shinigami said that he felt some reiatsu in me and i should be enter the Gotei 13 to be able to learn how to control it.

Did you made friends on your first day as captain: yes, the 13th and 6th division captains, ruru and byakushii
Did you join the SWA or HSA: SWA
State what you have done so far for the division: I have created the infirmary which serves as area for the injured or sick people, because the 4th division was responsible for healing activities. I have made the Library, which serves as the past time place for all divisions.

~I was chosen as a captain of the 4th division because of the approval of 3 captains. The captain commander or the soutaicho took note of my abilities in both kidou and swordmanship. He also took note of my reputation within the Gotei 13. I passed the exams to become a captain of a division.
