"Okay, Taichou, I'm gonna lay it on the line: I'm not happy with you sending a new recruit out on his own on his first Mission. I know we're gonna be there as back-up, but he needs out guidance as well."
*Reaches into his pocket and takes out a toothpick, and sticks it in his mouth*
"I don't want you to flip out at me for voicing my opinions, it's what you should expect from your Fuku-Taichou, but I need you to understand that I do it because I've got our members' progress and welfare as priorities."
*Taps his fingers down on the desk*
"I'm not saying that you haven't, but I've got a bad feeling about this warehouse, and I think we should all be there, in person, not just as back-up."

well no you have now become a pest I believe I told you not to mess us around and you've messed FA around as well so your not on good terms >< look please stop putting yourself as a 5th division member, just because you cant gain a high rank back in the 1st you come back here. ll your jumping ships is disgraceful and you are making a mockery of me and FA. I believe also you were given the privilege to still post in the 1st but thats not enough is it? and now you are here begging why? please do not just hop around the other divisions because I will let all the other captains know about you and what you have been doing. Alright thats almost enough from me, just one last thing . . . . . . ahh you pushed me to do this
