    I'd like you all to read the post below!

    ALSO!!!

    Occasionally (with the Captain's permission) there will be such an important mission that it requires to WHOLE Division to take part in and an RP thread will be opened. A turn order and some rules will be established so things don't go out of control, and at the end the word count of the thread will be divided by the number of members, multiplied by 1.5, and then give each members that amount of points! ^_^ (EG. An RP Thread clocks up 7600 words. That divided by 10 is 760, and x1.5 that is 1140 points EACH!)

    But we still need to work out what these points do >.<

    Sound fair? One more thing! YOU now get to decide what you want these points to do =P you give me a suggestion, I'll pile up the suggestions, make em into a poll and we pick the few best ones, and I'll see how best to accomodate the winners!

    Haha,,,I´ve checked it yet...but hadn´t time to post! sorry...>_<

    Think that Captains should give the missions to divisioners.../by PM, right?/ :)

    Then...about 500-1000 word guideline,,,,well...think it´s right...no complains :)

    Well...the third add is agreed too XD...are you conscious of the fact that you´ll have a lot of work with this? aww...so many of reports O_o...well XD

    500 points each,,,great...well...harder thing is what it should be for XD...kyaaa.

    I know I didn´t help...maybe later...give me some time /I know you need it asap.../ ><

    Hmm what can I say...if I understand well (don't think so) I would say all about points is well thought up 'cause still I don't know for what that points could be good (will think about it)...but that missions...it looks like captains (above all you) will be really busy :)

    Uhmmm I don´t certain if I understand it right :D:D so something like reports to captains and vice captains it´s good idea, but 500-1000 words ?? Are you kidding me ?? :D:D though i was doing everything I don´t think that i´m supposed to write so lots of words :D:D. But I think that it can be enough if we just write anything concisely :D:D:D:D still don´t understand what i can do whit Bd cash :D:D:D

    Well missions are optional to people but that's not what I invited you here to discuss XD

    The POINTS that are awarded after a mission. What should they be for? ^_^

    And I know 500-1000 words will seem a lot to you, but believe me, it's around about the same you'd write up, anyway if you were going to do a bit of prose to describe how ANYTHING happened ^_^ Besides, within the mission we give you freedom for just about anything to happen (so long as it's realistic XD).

    I think that points could be used for ranking battles, example if Wendi and Hina fought over 3rd seat, the points could help determine something in that, like 4th seat would have to beat 3rd seat by a certain amount to take 3rd seat, still making it a bit harder to steal someone's seat than to retain it

    So more points means more chance of winning fights? Hmmm... I'll look into ways on how to apply points to fights ^_^

    However, we don't have a system where people can take ranks with fighting. This is something the higher-ups decide, cuz if it was a system where someone could fight their way to third seat, so basically someone innapropriate could end up in a seat he/she doesn't belong in ¬_¬

    Good ideas, though, Cantin on how the points should be used.

    Anyone gonna expand on that? ^_^ What area of fighting could the points be applied to? Stats? Kidou? Purchasing new techniques? Your choice!

    About your fighting the way to the top, I think it would be a good idea to make another factor in the rankings choices, if someone only is active around the division, but never proposes anything and cannot get demoted, it would be bad for someone who is uber involved, in both spars missions as well as OT threads

    I always take into account those who are involved and those who just post in off-topics, anyway, Cantin :) If I started basing rankings off of fights it may get out of hand in terms of people getting into seats they don't deserve.

    I don't tell you to base them only on fights, but just to take it in account, even if it's for 1% of the decision

    I'll think about it if ever there's a situation where I can't decide who the give the higher seat. Right now it doesn't look like there's going to be a situation like that XD
