Okay, we need to get this started soon. Already I'm getting impatient with my inability to do anything worthwhile, and this will help my creativity flow better.

Shall we say we begin in the month of July, we announce the theme on the first, and all entries must be in by mid-month for people to vote for until the end of July, to announce the winner on the first of the next month when we announce the next theme? That seems the most feasable option, considering that activity should be picking up again soon, and it gives some people a good headstart too...
