On an island shaped strangely like a skull, a castle made out of the very mountains sits next to a lake forming one of the eyes. Each level of the castle is the home of each rank.
What the Sin Race does is similar to what Shinigami do, but in a much wider range. They banish, not cleanse, all evil souls, not just hollows, to the underworld. Each one has a mask that is a seperate soul from him/her-self. simialr to Vivards. The rankings are like a chess board.
King/Queen=most powerful, highest rank
Knight=second strongest rank, very powerful
Bishop=mostly made up of people who primarily use magic
Rook=swordsman and weapon users who arent skilled enough to be Bishops or Knights
Pawns=Second weakest rank, Sins who just got their sin mask
Sin Academy Student=students learn about the Sin Race.
