    " Well we need a few requirement but it will changed from time to time..so keep updated"

    *Poco stared writen down on the form*

    For this time being, the requirements :

    1. Make a sure you are certified soul. Its mean you have applied to be dead.
    2. Enjoy foruming and role playing.
