I think his inner hollow has to be a vasto lorde.
I think he needs a resurreccion, being a vaizard is not enough for him.
Even though he has held that form longer and longer still, getting a crater blown through your chest sucks
In any case: I think we can all assume the depths to Ulquiorra's emotional state and power reflect pure darkness: cold and unfeeling.
