My name is Haji Yukimura and I am the captain of the 7th Division here on Bleach Dynasty.
The reason for this note is that I want to make all potential recruits to the 7th aware of a few things.
The 7th is a primary RP based division, so much of what we do is based with that in mind.
However, you do not have to RP to be a member. There are many other ways you can enjoy yourself here in the division,
as I try and balance it out for those who simply want a place to socialize and have fun.
Also, it does not matter what your level of RP skills are, all are welcome.
Now, there are a couple of things I want to make you aware of:
1.) In the 7th Division, I will allow members to achieve Vizard abilities. However please remember, regardless of the cannon,
Vizard powers will be limited based on your rank. The higher the seat, the stronger your abilities are, and the longer you can keep your mask. In order to have Vizard powers, you must rp their unlocking, and once complete, you will be allowed to begin on a limited level with it, which you may increase through rp training. Please note, you must be at least 12th seat to undergo this.
I will allow this as long as it does not become a problem, so please be disciplined with it.
Also, as I said, basic cannon Ideas are irrelevant; we will shape this to suit our needs here.
Please refer to the Vizard thread in HQ for information once it is up.
2.) I will allow you one of two paths to use Quincy powers.
Path A.) you may be a Quincy. To take this path, you will not be a shinigami, thus you cannot use shinigami powers like Kidou, you must keep your abilities within the realm of what is available to Quincys. I will post this up to make everyone aware.
Also if you chose this path, you will not have a zanpkuto, but you will have Qunicy Cross.
Path B.) You may chose to be a hybrid of a Qunicy and Shinigami. If you chose to go this path, you will be allowed to have both a Quincy cross and a Zanpakuto. Please note that a Zanpakuto can not be a Quincy cross, they must be two different weapons.
Now I know this seems like the better path, but here is what you should: You can only use one of them at a time. You can't combine your cross and Zanpakuto in one attack/battle. Think of it this way; both require reitsu to function, thus you won't have enough to share between the two. Also your abilities for each weapon will be limited, basically less than someone who only has one, in order to keep the balance. This is one path by which you may take, and for now it will be done on a case by case basis, until we work out a standard system.
Both Vizard and Quincy abilities will be subject to my approval before use.
And as I said before, these things may break a bit with the cannon in how we do them, but that is ok. We are not Bleach, only BASED on it.
